Meta Ray Ban Display malfunction

I had gotten Meta Ray Ban Display (w/ prescriptions) as a birthday present and have been enjoying them for a long time, especially after the V23 update.

However, today, when I went and turned them on, it wasn't working properly.

The LED light wasn't working, the in-lens display wasn't showing, wasn't connecting to my smartphone via Bluetooth, and all I can hear is a sound effect when I tap the touchpad.

Force restarting and factory resetting didn't work as the LED light is NOT working.

I appreciate it if someone has a working solution to this problem. Thank you.
