Meta Ray-Ban Display WhatsApp Issue

I'm getting a really annoying bug where, if I make a WhatsApp call from the visual interface on my glasses, the microphone won't activate until I unlock my phone. This doesn't happen with normal phone calls though. Anyone else have this or similar WhatsApp issues? 

 

For reference, I'm using a OnePlus Open with Android 15.

    Seems like you're having some issues related to the microphone of your Meta Ray-Ban Display AI glasses specifically related to features in WhatsApp. To begin with, we'd like to let you know that One Plus phones are not currently in the list of our compatible devices with AI glasses and this might be causing certain bugs to arise during usability.

     

    However, we'd recommend you to try submitting a bug report related to the app as it may resolve the issue as our engineering team gets notified about the same:

     

    • From the Meta AI mobile app, tap  in the top left.
    • Tap Settings in the bottom left.
    • Scroll down and tap Help & support.
    • Tap Submit a report.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to describe your issue and submit your report.

    Hello,

    I just bought today the gen 2 glasses and I have also OnePlus Open and exactly the same problem! 😥
