We understand that you're having issues with your Ray-Ban Meta glasses' speakers and that you're unable to connect to the charging case due to the Bluetooth not working.
Thanks for trying some troubleshooting, there are a few more steps we would like to recommend to get everything working again.
First, in your phone settings, try turning off other Bluetooth devices, restart your phone then reconnect Bluetooth again.
Next, check there's no debris on the speakers. Once that's verified, unpair then re-pair your AI glasses with the Meta AI mobile app.
