Meta ray bans won't factory reset

the description on the app and website to factory reset won't work, I cannot even reconnect the case with bluetooth, the case still shows a free light and has gone white when I tried to reset but the Bluetooth doesn't work, the original issue with my glasses were speakers weren't working correctly.

    We understand that you're having issues with your Ray-Ban Meta glasses' speakers and that you're unable to connect to the charging case due to the Bluetooth not working. 

     

    Thanks for trying some troubleshooting, there are a few more steps we would like to recommend to get everything working again. 

     

    First, in your phone settings, try turning off other Bluetooth devices, restart your phone then reconnect Bluetooth again. 

     

    Next, check there's no debris on the speakers. Once that's verified, unpair then re-pair your AI glasses with the Meta AI mobile app

     

    If your speakers and Bluetooth are still not working after this, please send us a private message so we can further investigate:

  • Make sure you remove your device from the app before trying to reset them. Maybe that is the problem. 

    After that try reconnecting by pressing the case button (with the glasses in the case) until the LED is blue and then repair in the app.

  • I’m also dealing with this issue as well, un connecting from my Bluetooth and and the meta app have not helped and the glasses and practically unresponsive once taken out of the case . Not able to manually reset the case nor the glasses

        I have the same issue. I removed the device and bluetooth connection. I tried force restart and I just get an orange light after a restart that lasts like 5-10 seconds but nothing. I tried the fold the arms and 5 quick presses and no orange light. When I did try and put on or take off the glasses, I did see the inner led flash white a few times but nothing else. Help!
