Meta Rayban says low battery after making 1 video on full battery.

Meta Rayban says low battery after making 1 video on a full charge. After fully charged my Meta Rayban G1 I use the voice commend to make a video and after the video is done the glass says low battery and will not make another video or take a picture. If i turn the power button off and on again I can make another video or picture but then it says low battery and need to charge again. i have to repeat the process to make videos. I did hard reset, factory reset and same issue. Any solutions?
