I have the same issue. I´m on version 17, but I cannot update to the newer version. I have HTSN glasses as well and these are updated to version 21. Can someone help me? Thanks

I have the same issue in Spain. New Oakley Vanguard glasses and the meta app say that the glasses are in the latest version =17. What about the v21 in Spain? And what about versions between 17 and 21?

I have the same problem also here in Brazil, stuck in version 17 since I bought it and keep saying I have the latest version…

I have the same problem. My Vanguards indicate that I have the latest software = V17. I believe it should be V21. I've tried all the suggested methods to force updates with no luck. Many of the V21 features are available in my settings. Like some of the other replies, I have several pairs of meta glasses, inc. Oakley HSTN and Ray Ban Wayfarers. They indicate they've been updated to V21. My Vanguards are stuck on V17.
