Hi all,
this is only my second time using my Vanguards and the microphone isn’t working so I can’t use the ‘Hey Meta’ function.
I've done absolutely everything that is asked. Unpair. Restarts. Toggle off. Toggle on. Nothing has worked.
Does anyone have any advice?
I’ve just checked my softwear and I’m stuck
on V17 and nothing will force it to update.
Is anyone able to help with this also?
Same problem!!! I don't know what to do. I've tried all of Meta's recommendations. I'll have to request an exchange; they only lasted two weeks. I'm very disappointed with the product quality.

I’ve done everything they say to do and not a thing has worked….

I'm having this same issue with new rayban meta 2 glasses. Never dropped or damaged. Followed all directions and nothing works. The microphones don't pick up anything but everything else works.
My glasses work again with "Hey Meta" but the microphone quality is awful, I have to shout to interact with them and I can't have a phone conversation because it's so quiet.
Today not works!!!! It's not working today.
Just downloaded the new software 21.2 and I’m having trouble with microphones on voice shortcuts. I have two pretty much scream for them to reply to my command like photo video music. I have to pretty much shout not very useful. They will work if I put the Nose piece of the glasses down on the edge of my nose, then it will hear me every time pretty crazy for five microphones and I can’t hear your voice when it’s up on your bridge of your nose so I think I am going to send these back again. Hopefully Apple will come out with something soon.
