My iPhone cannot use Meta AI.I tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the software, but every time I want to set up my glasses, the app always gets stuck on a white screen

I have the same problem with my new phone. My screen goest to a black screen when clicking either option. The image of an account to select comes up briefly then the screen goes black and is unresponsive. I'm able to pair them and hear photos being taken. Will these photos and videos be saved and accessible once the app snafu is resolved?
I've tried all the troubleshooting steps you described for the OP. iOS 26.1/17 pro max
