Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try out:
- Make sure your phone is up to date with the current version of iOS.
- Try reinstalling the app again, and when you launch it try being connected to a different network.
Could you also let us know what the current version of iOS you are currently using/ what model of phone you have.

I am having the same issue.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and I just spent $500 on Meta glasses I cant even login to the app and use.
I get the same white screen and cannot even make a new account through the app.
