Check the app permissions. You need to enable access to the fitnessdata and GPS and access to nearby devices.

Try to change the language to English US and restart your phone. That sometimes helps too.

    Hey @snoopdoggy69 I will try that today and let u know how I go. Fingers crossed. But if NZ is not in the listed supported countries then I still don't think anything will work.
