Same here… and now red light appears when I’m trying to charge the device in the charging case.
please any meta rep can help us?

Hi Guys thought I post an update. I went back to the place of purchase and got a replacement. very displeased with the meta support for this one as they argued that since I did not purchase the glasses directly from them that can't offer me customer service.
I decided to get the replacement because I had deal with the place purchase in the past and their service has always been stellar and I like the product.
I have used the new glasses without issue so far but if they fail again I will be asking for my money back. it is a shame because even with their shortcomings they are a good solution.
My suggestion will be to try and get a replacement
