My vanguard no longer record audio when recording video

Hi guys. Does someone else have issues when recording video after the last update? I seem to not be able to record sound with my video.

 

I have performed a soft reset and a factory reset and no luck. 

 

Is there some new option or permits I need to toggle?

  • Hi Guys thought I post an update. I went back to the place of purchase and got a replacement. very displeased with the meta support for this one as they argued that since I did not purchase the glasses directly from them that can't offer me customer service.

    I decided to get the replacement because I had deal  with the place purchase in the past and their service has always been stellar and I like the product.

    I have used the new glasses without issue so far but if they fail again I will be asking for my money back. it is a shame because even with their shortcomings they are a good solution.

     

    My suggestion will be to try and get a replacement

     

  • I also have same problem. I did everything factory reset. no luck. 

    Any Meta representative here can help?

      Same here… and now red light appears when I’m trying to charge the device in the charging case. 

      please any meta rep can help us?
