Neural band pairing issue

I successfully paired the meta display glasses. But when I come to the next step with the neural band, I press the button 3 seconds, it vibrates and starts flashing white quickly. The app detects the band and starts pairing. But, instead of starting to flash white slowly as the app shows, it just turns off. And then, the app shows an error. Heeeelp!
