New here and enjoying Meta glasses.
Question about my connection.
I have wifi disabled, but bluetooth tethering enabled in my connections Tried making a call with glasses and went directly to phone. Meta said (calling Joe on phone)
I suspect a connection setting is issue. I guess question would be are calls only able to be made while on wifi network? Thanks
I didn't get your problem.
But to answer your question: there is no WiFi needed to make a call.
You know there are two Bluetooth connections the glasses use? Make sure you have the glasses set als audio connection as well.
i guess my problem is, when im on wifi everything is cool, but when off wifi doesnt work the same. I have hearing aids so i wonder if the connections are whacked out. heres an example: yesterday im walking along and hey meta call Bob. "Not found in your contacts?" wrong answer, Bob is in my contacts. tried a couple more contacts and same response from meta

Okay that sounds strange. Sometimes when the language is changed I have the same problem.
Try to disconnect WhatsApp or phone in the app connection and reconnect the apps.

Could be related to your phone, the phone has to use data when the Wi-Fi is turned off. I forget the settings for allowing data.
