No Hey Meta No Messaging No Calls

After an update at the beginning of this year, I lost function on my glasses to use Hey Meta, people couldn’t hear me on phone calls, but I can hear them, and I don’t get announcements of new messages nor can I send messages through my glasses. It’s been extremely annoying as that’s most of the function I personally use them for on bike rides. I’ve tried everything, I called support and they were rude and didn’t offer any help at all. I went into a store recently and they repeated all of the things troubleshooting says of unpair and pair, force restart, factory restart, nothing is helping.  Can you please help me?
