No light on neuron band

Had my Meta displays for a week all of a sudden there is no light on my band at all , have tried charging it changed charging blocks, held the side button etc. etc. will not light up  any ideas but it seems like this one is shot

    Hey there,

     

    We saw your post on the community forums and wanted to lend a hand!

     

    Having issues with your Meta Neural Band isn't ideal, especially when you're looking forward to using such an incredible piece of technology, for this we have a few troubleshooting steps we would love for you to try and let us know how it goes! Please follow the steps below:

     

    1. Make sure the compute module underneath the band is dry by using a dry cloth.

    • You can wipe the compute module underneath the band with a clean, dry cloth.
    • You can also allow the compute module to naturally dry for 24 hours at room temperature.
    • You can blow cool air onto the compute module. The user should not use heat on the wrist band.

    2. Make sure contacts on band and charger are both clean (free of dirt/dried sweat/liquid).

     

    3. Unplug the USB-C cable from the power source (adapter/outlet) and then plug it back in. Try rotating/flipping over the cable when plugging it back in.

     

    4. Try using a different power source (adapter/outlet)

     

    5. Try rotating the charger when attaching it to Meta Neural Band.
