Oakley HSTN (left arm sensor/speaker not working)

I’ve had my Oakley Meta glasses for two months, and today the left arm stopped working. The power button on the left arm still turns them on and off, but I don’t understand how it could fail so suddenly from one day to the next. Is this a software bug or a manufacturing defect?

  • It looks now like the glasses are not responding to the “Hey Meta” statement, therefore it’s just working manually.
