Bro I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried numerous times to get in contact with support but it keeps taking me to a page the that doesn’t work. This is so insanely frustrating.

    They are defective. No way to fix it but with a warranty claim directly with oakley. They do help quite fast just fill out their stuff

      i’ve submitted the claim, is it difficult getting help? what do they offer to do to fix the problem?

        They just replace them. Youll get a new pair
