Oakley Meta Vanguard Stuck on v17
I have three pair of Meta AI Glasses:
- Oakley HSTN
- Oakley Vanguard
- Ray-Ban Wayfarer
All of the glasses except the Oakley Vanguard are on v21. The Vanguard are on v17. This was released almost a month ago, so trying to determine why they aren't updating and if anything can be done.
Any guidance would be appreciated. I tried opening a case directly with Oakley, they pointed me to Meta. When I try to open a case with Meta, when I finally get to the point to inputting the serial number, it says the serial number is invalid. So, essentially, I'm stuck. Apparently that is also a known issue with Oakley SNs not represented in the Meta support database.
