I tried everything that you mentioned, but no success. Can it be related that my Facebook (aka Meta) account was initially created a long time ago and not in one of the supported countries? If so, can I change that to reflect where I live currently?

Hey gnatok
Thanks for trying out the suggestions previously mentioned. We have seen this issue relating to to un-supported countries before, with these tow apps specifically. Please attempt to change the country on your account and see if that resolves anything for you. Also if you are using a VPN we would suggest switching it off as this could be causing the un-supported location issue
Thanks.
