Just received a pair of Oakley Vanguards as what should be an amazing Christmas gift, however cannot connect to Strava or Garmin via the Meta AI app. On pressing “connect”, I am met with just a blank white screen which seemingly never loads. No issues with Spotify/other music app connections.
Anybody else with this issue? Any fixes?
Tried the usual sign-out/uninstall all relevant apps etc.

Same issue here as well, tried to set glasses back to factory settings but issue remains
Seems to be a European problem. I tried to switch my VPN to the US and it worked!
I still believe that it is crazy to pay +500€ for glasses and have no customer support at all (at least in Italy)

Great! I had the same issue and with a VPN connection (not one in particular, I tried the fastest in TunnelBear) I fixed and connected Garmin and Strava! Thanks Leo!
