I did submit a bug report, but this isn’t like opening a standard support ticket with any other company. You don’t get an email confirmation or a response about your requests, you don't receive a ticket number, and you get no response from Meta at all. This leaves me as the customer unable to know if the issue is known, if Meta is aware of it, if there’s a fix planned, or if they just don't care. So, as a customer, not knowing any of this makes me worried that I’ll have to deal with persistent bugs and issues that might never be fixed. It’s mind-blowing that features as simple as photos and reminders weren’t tested in the latest version of iOS 26 non-beta, especially coming from a company as large as Meta. This is completely eroding my trust in the product and the company. It would be different if I had an active support ticket I could track and someone responding to me, but just submitting and hoping is utterly ridiculous.

I’m having same issues… just done this morning same bug. I’m a 2 days user so far and the issues I’m finding and seriously poor way it intergrates is such a shame for a device with such potential

Hey there,
We hear you're also having the same problem with the reminder feature. If you haven't yet, then please make a bug report with the steps we mentioned before, while this doesn’t generate a ticket number or confirmation email, it will send your feedback directly to our internal teams for review for them to look into it.
The more report we get on this, the easier it will be for our team to recreate the problem and find a fix as soon as possible. We know this isn't ideal while only having been a Gen 2 AI glasses owner of 2 days, but we hope to get this resolved as soon as possible.
Thank you and we hope you have a wonderful day!

It really is a shame. Apple releases information to developers well in advance of iOS updates, and while it is expected to experience some small hiccups, there are so many bugs introduced that have essentially rendered the whole Meta AI Ray Ban experience unusable. For people like me that have gone in head first and have come to rely on things like Meta AI reminders as part of my daily workflow, it has erroded my trust in Meta and rendered the device as nothing more then a novelty item.
