Post image to facebook

When cycling I have been able to direct meta by voice to post a photo on Facebook, I hear the camera click then meta asks if I am ready to share, I confirm photo is posted on facebook. On a ride this week it did just that and posted, however, later on in the ride on agreeing I was ready to share it then asked a supplementary question of who I wanted to post it to. How do  I stop this latter glitch I only want to post the image to my Facebook wall or story.
