Prescription Glasses w/ transitions incorrectly fulfilled

I ordered a pair of Gen 2 prescription Meta glasses with transition lenses and anti glare coating. This was reflected in my confirmation email.

 

I received glasses with the correct prescription, but no transitions (or, I assume, the anti glare coating).

When I go to the order details page under my account, it does not reflect that I ordered transition lenses. And the support chat insists that I did not order them.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    This was reflected in my confirmation email.

    Was it reflected in the price you paid/purchase invoice, though???
