Ray-Ban Meta glasses battery drains fast, serial number not recognized

I can't help you with that issue directly but usually batteries are warrantyed only on year. I don't want to destroy your illusions but I don't think you will get a replacement. 

The thing with the serial number is unusual. Even though the glasses are sold through a third party the number should be recognized. 

Try to copy the number from the app (device info) or to get support via the Meta AI-App directly.
