Ray-Ban Wayfarer videos not playing

Glasses have the latest version, when I record a video it shows up in the gallery in the Meta app and shows up in the folder on my phone. Can not play the videos, get an error "Codec not supported H.265 HEVC". I have Moto g power with Android 15 latest update.

    Sounds more like an issue that is caused by your smartphone rather than by the glasses or Meta AI app. 

    What Mediaplayer do you use for videos? Maybe change that or update it. Try to play it with vlc or some other Mediaplayer.

      I don't use a media player, just Google Photos. I'll look into your suggestion.

      That fixed it, downloaded In Shot all format media player, thanks.

      I had the same problem. Black screen when playing a video, but I didn't get an error message. I searched the Internet for hours for a solution. Finally found your recommendation and that fixed it for me too! Thanks for sharing 👍
