Rayban Ai

My Rayban ai glasses hinge came out and the adhesive failed. It is a known issue with these glasses and have been warrantied out when doing a search on google. My glasses were under 30 days old and I purchased extra warranty through meta. They denied my warranty and claimed I’d have to pay 60$ for a new pair. They have since denied my serial number and warranty so I am now stuck with the glasses and cannot contact anyone about the matter.
