I bought two Gen2 glasses for my boys.
One has 5 minutes and stabilization.
The other doesn't..... Make no sense and highly annoying.

That would be extremely frustrating! I’m getting pretty annoyed with the rollout process oh features between old and new hardware. They should make sure new hardware gets the features rolled out to them before older hardware. Doing it the other way offers no incentive to purchase the updated hardware.
But I will say your pretty cool for getting your boys some metas, that’s a pretty rad gift.

Well, it's been 3 weeks and still nothing... . MetaStoreHelp Can we get any update on a timetable? I don't understand why you even rolled out 19.2 if it wasn't ready. For those who did get all the features, it should have been a pilot program. It is only frustrating to those who didn't get the features and a bad look for Meta.

I hear ya, Even though we are reaching out to MetaStoreHelp for answers or to explanation, I see they still offer no support. This is definitely not a good display of customer service from Meta. I doubt we will get any answers even though they are notified when they are tagged in a post. I can’t return my meta gen 2’s but if I don’t get an answer soon, this will be my last purchase from them.
this roll-out crap is extremely unprofessional and willy-nilly at best. Gen 1’s with all the features? Gen 2’s with NONE of the features……just bad business.

Are you using Android or Apple for the phone? Or Apple on 1 of them and Android on the other pair of glasses? Thanks!
