Rayban Meta Glasses - AI not available in US

I owned a pair of Ray-ban Meta AI gen 1 before, I travelled to Asia for a couple weeks. When I'm back the Meta AI not working no more. 
Recently, I just got Gen 2, I tested and same issues happens to me. 
I asked one of my friend add a device under their accounts instead to see if it works and it did. 
Need some help troubleshooting because I keep getting same message when I'm trying to use Meta AI, it will said the feature is not available in my region even tho I'm currently in US.

    Travelling around has to be one of the best ways to clear stress fast and it's always going to be fun, but its far from ideal when you get back home and notice that the Meta AI isnt working with your glasses as they're intended to. We would love to provide you with the support needed to get the Meta AI working again so not only will you look stylish but you have an assistant at your side to answer anything needed, if you could please follow the below troubleshooting steps and let us know how they go:

     

    1. Log out and log in again.

    2. Delete and reinstall the app.

    3. Clear app cache.

    • go to device Setting, then Apps, select the specific app, and choose Storage > Clear cache
