I have been trying to transfer ownership of my RayBan Stories to a friend. We have unpaired, factory reset and whatever we can find online to do. She is able to get them set up on the app but then it tells her that the glasses are still assigned to another owner, me. What are we missing? We can't find any customer service to help so, if you have any suggestions, please help!
