RB Wayfarer Gen 2 won’t connect to Amazon music, Garmin or Strava

I can see a lot of people are having issues connecting the vanguards with the apps and I am having the same problem with the wayfarer gen 2.  Try connecting to Strava, Garmin and Amazon music and all I get is a white screen.  All apps show in connections but nothing connects!!!

 

have tried the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing resolves it.  These are major reasons I bought the glasses and now wondering whether I just call it quits and return them.

 

can any one help with sorting this problem?

    Hi. Use a VPN via USA. Then connect the apps, once connected, switch off the VPN

    Many thanks, I did what you suggested and it works.  I did notice that when I turned the VPN off the assistant stopped providing feedback (I’m in the uk) as soon as I switched it back on it worked fine.  Such a shame we have to spend more money on a VPN when the tech should work from meta considering the cost.
