Speakers not working, won't force restart, won't factory reset.

I'm constantly getting a speakers aren't working notification, I can't force restart the glasses. When I attempt, I get no red light, it's like they just power on. I tried factory resetting them but when I press the button 5 times nothing happens, certainly no orange light. And the latest is that it seems like they're on a loop of restarting. It will flash white, finish with green and then the speaker notification over and over.
