Just a quick heads-up: Apple Music isn’t natively supported on the glasses themselves. Instead, it works through your connected phone, so it’s worth double-checking that everything is properly set up there.
At the moment, we don’t have additional troubleshooting steps to offer, but the best way to help us get this resolved is by submitting a bug report directly through the app. This sends detailed logs to our engineering team, which helps them understand what’s going on and work toward a fix more efficiently.
