Transition Lenses

I own a pair of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses with Graphite Green Transitions lenses. There is a defect in the transition coating — a dark streak remains visible on one of the lenses for an extended period after leaving sunlight. It doesn’t fade evenly and affects visibility.

I previously submitted a return request, but I’m now past the standard return window. Given that this appears to be a lens manufacturing flaw rather than normal wear, I’d like to request a warranty evaluation or replacement.

Please advise on how to proceed or provide a prepaid return label for inspection. I can share photos or a short video showing the issue if needed.
