Unable to download videos

Whenever I try to download a video using the meta horizon app, it keeps saying download unsuccessful. I've tried making sure I have enough storage on my iPad, offloading meta horizon, restarting my device, uninstalling unused games on my meta quest 3s. The strange thing is that I could do it before but it stopped as soon as I downloaded the game UG.
