Meta features are rolled out randomly, even if you are in a supported country.
Device? Region?
You are aware that "some features are not available in your region"?

19.2 UK Nothing. Nothing showing as region only in release details.
Cmon by now you should already know that 19.2 is the version of the software and those features are implemented in the app software (and not necessarily a firmware update for you specific hardware).
The final rollout depends on your region due to local data policies and the Meta service structure and of course also on your device.
Even if the update says that there are new features for the display glasses you can't expect that those also apply to those without display.
I am impatiently awaiting many features as well but since the EU has strict data policies I guess that will take a while...
