V21 missing features/disabled options
I updated to V21, and I don’t have any of the new features listed. Furthermore, now a lot of the settings are disabled. I have tried a factory reset and still the same issues.

The features are given out randomly. They are also geofenced. There's no guarantee you will get them. Even two people with different accounts sharing the same device might not get the same features.
Features are regional. What language and location do you use?
