Can't login my Instagram, due to third party blockage
Last week i accidentally allowed third party Authenticator to secure my account. And then i lost my phone. When i installed instagram on my new phone. The insta login was blocked due to that Authenticator app. And when ever i try to login Insta after reseting my password, the app gets blocked by third party Authenticator

Your best bet to get some assistance is to check out the Instagram Help Center or see if you can unlock your account in the Meta Account Center.
