Can someone else access your headset diagnostics?

Lets say that you're playing a game, and a hacker/developer added a system that allowed back door access to your headset's diagnostics (CPU/GPU levels, Framerate, Refresh Rate, Average Prediction Rate, etc.) Would that scenario I just described possible at all? Please let me know!
