The Missing Link in VR and Smartglasses

All VR, MR, AR and smart glasses have the ability to move a mouse cursor on the screen.  But none can click a mouse button without a controller, wrist band or ring.  That assumes the use of hands.  What can quadriplegics do?  For that matter, how useful are those devices to a mechanic or surgeon or stick fingered chef?  This my pat pending solution.  I hope you like it.
