The oculus app keeps asking my password is wrong! and i am 100% sure its right

I cant access my oculus application however i can access it on the desktop chrome 

it keeps telling me my password is wrong and i am 100% sure its right!!

i keep as well pressing the help center it wont do anything Please advice!!

is there a bug or what ?
