Zoom in or magnify screens

I am legally blind and am unable to read most configuration screens and many non-moveable game screens.  I would very much like to be able to zoom in to or magnify these screens so that I can read them.

    oh yes! it would be so nice to be able to see the text in all of the settings screens.
