Added members can't see app after approved release

This was previously fine. i was able to add developers to my app through my QA role for my unpublished app. They were able to see and download the app successfully.

However, the app has ben approved and i have scheduled for release. Unfortunately, new members are unable to see the application.

Anyone experienced this before?
