buisnes verification issue

I was trying to verify my buisnes and it took about 2 months to get back and when it finally did it said it was wrong because i had to include phone number verification, but the problem is that there is no way for me to verify my phone number because theres no way to link it were i am. and i cant verify my email because i need a website with a custom domain name but i dont want to have to pay for that. can anyone help?
