Can’t update my organization name

I just opened an LLC in a new state, and would like to close my current LLC. I would like to update my Organization name and tax information, but it seems that I can’t do that from the dashboard (it’s greyed out). Also, anytime I try and open a new ticket and choose this exact option, I get an email saying that this ticket is closed automatically due to the lack of resources. It even says I can “reopen my case” by clicking a button below but the button isn’t there 😂. Does anyone know how I can update my organization name or how to migrate an app to a new organization?
