CAN NOT add payment information at Meta Horizon developers poartal

CAN NOT ADD PAYMENT INFORMATION
to Meta horizon dashboard after upload the W-8BEN-E-file.
On Facebook platform dashboard has been add the payment information( not sync to meta horizon platform, WHY?). I've tried uploading files more than ten times.
Each time it proceeds to upload W-8BEN-E-file, it loads infinitely and sees #45285 error from the console.
Throw the error code #45285 , I dont know why.

I have the same issue since yesterday.
It's the same issue for me. I opened a support ticket only to be told to get support via the general Facebook support page, which also had errors when submitting the issue.
Same. I complained about them on X platform.
I submitted a ticket after going through multiple automated emails. A real person has now taken up the ticket, and I’m waiting for their response.
No help.
It will only let you to go to FB to apply for help, but there are bugs on the FB page that cannot be submitted.How did you manage to submit a ticket? Any link for that?
Yo Meta what's good? Two WEEKS trying to add payment info like I'm solving cod fusion. Community's blowing up with same issue but your support team's MIA harder than my dad at a milk run.

- Yes.My first request Ticker was sent to 2025.2.19. Until now, no progress or feedback has been made.
