Can't Add Members to my Org

For whatever reason, I can no longer add members to my Organization.  When I attempt to do so, the 'Add' button is always greyed out but pressing enter allows the button to at least look like it's attempting to add a member, but then it never completes (it's just a spinning circle forever and doesn't seem to time out).  It also doesn't add any of the context feedback data it used to (like username not found or whatnot).  I'm not sure what caused this, but we'd like to add our new team members for obvious reasons.

Anyone have any information?  Thanks in advance.

Update:  It looks like the problem has been resolved on Oculus' end.  Not sure what was ended up being done, but might be related to the verified devs not being able to access developer mode as well.  Either way, it's working now!  I can add members successfully with successful queries.

UPDATE 2 (Oct 29th):  Looks like the problem is persisting again, it was working for a bit and we were able to add Org members, but no longer can.  Issue is not solved.  Don't know how to unmark it as such

Update 3 (Nov 4th):  People are still having issues, problem seems inconsistent.  It is currently working for me today.  Oculus has not further updated my ticket or closed it.  I have no more information at present, sorry guys.

Update 4 (Nov 14th):  Everything is working as intended again, this seems to be true for others as well.  Oculus Support has closed the ticket with me.

Markimlem2 I haven't yet, I have an open ticket with support but haven't heard back yet.  The problem persists, I will update this thread though when I find a solution.

Update: Problem persists, but Oculus Dev Support responded to my ticket last night and said they were looking into it.  I have also discovered that the first attempt after a while will allow me to enter in a Username and provide the 'Add' button to not be greyed out, but only if I spell the name correctly (if I mispell it will say User not found and get stuck there).  If I press 'Add' I get the following error:

Any attempts after that will go back to the preceding problem of a perpetual spinning grey circle, assumably until it gets reset after some long time out period.

  • I've been having this problem for the past four or so days. The best I've been able to reason out is that it seems like it's something to do with it being able to connect to the associated Facebook account-- but obviously that information hasn't done much to help me solve it. Thanks for posting about it; please update us if you get a resolution from support

i've been trying to add 2 new devs into our account. The button spins forever and nothing happens.

Exact same issue here. I think we'll have to contact Oculus support as well.

Confirmed, Issue is happening again and is not solved.   I don't know how to unmark it as such.

  • Experiencing this same issue, button greys itself out but can be triggered by hitting enter in the username field. Then spins forever.

I'm experiencing this as well. I'll try contacting Oculus.

  • Support replied with: "Regarding this issue, we will be taking a deeper look at this to see what might be the cause of this. In the meantime, I will escalate your ticket, and we will reply should we have an immediate solution, or if we require further information. Also, the bug seems inconsistent, you can try adding your member again after some time while waiting for our reply."

I've tried for the past few days and today adding members finally worked for me.
