Can't authenticate account for developer mode

I set up authentication through an authenticator app, but that is not triggering the expanded options for me to access developer mode through https://developer.oculus.com/manage/verify/ I cannot add...

I'm having the same issue, setting up 2FA with my phone number. I also get "This Page Isn't Available Right Now". Anyone got past this already?
