Can't Authenticate Account

Hello all

My 12 year old son and I are building a game in Unity.  We don't seem to be able to authenticate our dev account however.  We get an error that says the photo of my ID is blurry (it's not), which I assume is just some generic catch-all error handling.

Any ideas?  Anyone we can actually contact to help set us on the right path?  Thanks in advance.

    Did you ever get verified? I see so many posts with significant issues like this preventing any progress from being made and I'm nervous because there are no answers or the answers are dead ends. Is it even possible to push an app on the meta store these days?

      Hello

      We eventually solved this, but for the life of me I can't recall exactly how we did it.  I think I started the application a second time and used my personal FB account?  I don't remember, I'm sorry.
