Can't connect to Meta Horizon Developer Support Portal

I want to submit a request in the developer support portal. It asks me to connect my account to the developer support portal. When I click connect, it says there is an unexpected error and to contact support.

I contact support, they tell me to contact developer support. I can't submit a request for developer support without being able to connect, so I'm hoping a forum post will suffice.

    Thanks for letting us know about this! Have you been able to use the developer support portal before? Did you have your account set up as a developer account and suddenly it's not working anymore, or have you never been able to set your account up as a developer?

    If you've never been able to set your account up as a developer, then it is (unfortunately) the same support channel you reached out to before which will be able to help you—please be clear that what you need is assistance setting your account up as a developer, and hopefully you should be able to get set up quickly.

    If you've already set your account up as a developer but it's suddenly giving you an error when it didn't before, then can you walk us through the steps and share a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    I'm only just trying to link everything now, I haven't had it connected to the portal before. I will take a look if there's something I missed and reach out to that support channel again. Hopefully the result is different, with the information you have passed along. I'll update here if I'm still stuck.
