Can't create Oculus Developer Account

Hello,

2 members of my team can't seem to create the Oculus Developer Account, they don't receive the verification code that would allow them the finalize the account. For some reason only those 2 email addresses are affected.

Is there anything we can try to fix this ? Or is there someone I can contact to get this sorted out ?
